Product Feed

Product feeds keep your product catalog synchronized with edrone for email personalization and recommendations.

Automatic sync for some platforms

The following platforms automatically sync products without requiring a manual feed setup:

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Shoper
  • IAI (iDoSell)
  • Nuvemshop (Tiendanube)
  • Tray
  • WBuy
  • Loja Integrada

If you're using one of these platforms, product data is synchronized automatically via webhooks. You can skip manual feed configuration.

  • Real-time product data - up-to-date prices and availability
  • Email personalization - accurate product info in emails
  • Recommendations - better product suggestions
  • Additional categories - categories not shown on product pages

Setting up your feed

  1. Generate a product feed from your platform
  2. Host the feed at a public URL
  3. Add the feed URL in Mission Control
  4. edrone will sync automatically

Feed URL in Mission Control

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrationsProduct Feed
  2. Enter your feed URL
  3. Select feed format
  4. Set sync frequency (recommended: hourly)
  5. Save and test

Testing your feed

After setup:

  1. Click Test Feed in Mission Control
  2. Verify product count matches your catalog
  3. Check sample products for accuracy
