Product Feed
Product feeds keep your product catalog synchronized with edrone for email personalization and recommendations.
Automatic sync for some platforms
The following platforms automatically sync products without requiring a manual feed setup:
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- Shoper
- IAI (iDoSell)
- Nuvemshop (Tiendanube)
- Tray
- WBuy
- Loja Integrada
If you're using one of these platforms, product data is synchronized automatically via webhooks. You can skip manual feed configuration.
Why use product feed?
- Real-time product data - up-to-date prices and availability
- Email personalization - accurate product info in emails
- Recommendations - better product suggestions
- Additional categories - categories not shown on product pages

Setting up your feed
- Generate a product feed from your platform
- Host the feed at a public URL
- Add the feed URL in Mission Control
- edrone will sync automatically
Feed URL in Mission Control
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Product Feed
- Enter your feed URL
- Select feed format
- Set sync frequency (recommended: hourly)
- Save and test
Testing your feed
After setup:
- Click Test Feed in Mission Control
- Verify product count matches your catalog
- Check sample products for accuracy
