Tags

Tags are used to associate additional information about a customer. This information may be later used in engagements.

Example

_edrone.customer_tags = 'gamer|Grand Theft Auto';

Before sending tags you must define them in the edrone panel

• Login to edrone (opens new window)
• Select CUSTOMERS > TAGGED
• Add a Tag

Note: you can define a maximum of 64 Tags
